Description

Brunello di Montalcino di Uggiano was born in the company vineyards located in the renowned town of Montalcino, in the heart of the DOC Brunello di Montalcino.

It is produced with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins for 18-22 days, in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

This Brunello di Montalcino has an intense ruby red color, with light garnet reflections. Hints of wild fruits and violets stand out on the nose, accompanied by elegant notes of toasted wood and cloves. On the palate it is well structured and soft, with great balance.

Perfect to accompany first courses and red meat cooked on the grill, it is ideal in combination with truffles, game and aged cheeses.
