Description

The Château Reynon is a small jewel of the Côtes de Bordeaux belonging to the domaines of Denis Dubourdieu, a vineyard with attention to the smallest details to the point of being considered a real "garden". This Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux Rouge comes to life.

The harvest of the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes is carried out by hand only once it is fully ripe. The must ferments for 20-25 days at a temperature of 20-25 days, followed by aging in oak barrels for 12 months.

It is characterized by a deep ruby red color. On the nose there are elegant sensations of licorice and cassis wrapped in delicious smoky nuances. The sip is powerful and velvety, of extreme finesse.

It is perfect in combination with grilled cheeses and red meats. Try it with a veal in morel sauce.
