Calabria IGT Gaglioppo Rosato 2015 A' Vita

The Calabria Rosato Gaglioppo of the A 'Vita company comes from the Fego vineyard, conducted organically, located on the Cirò hills overlooking the shores of the Ionian Sea.

It is produced with pure Gaglioppo grapes, harvested in the last week of September. The fermentation of the must takes place spontaneously in steel, followed by the malolactic fermentation which is always completed without any temperature control.

The Calabria Rosato Gaglioppo by A 'Vita is characterized by a light salmon pink color. The nose brings enveloping hints of wild strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a long and mineral finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it lends itself to accompany all fish dishes.
