Description

The Chardonnay Burlesque of the Boutinot company is produced in California from Chardonnay grapes.

The grapes are grown in the Californian region of Lodi and after harvesting they are de-stemmed and pressed. The wine ferments in steel to preserve all the aromatic fragrance before being bottled.

Bright straw yellow, with distinct notes of lemon and peach, white melon and pineapple on the nose. On the palate it is dense and fleshy, with good minerality, with a return of tropical fruits, green apple and mango. Enveloping and intense, it has a medium persistence finish.

Ideal with hors d'oeuvres based on cold cuts and cheeses, it goes well with first courses with white sauces and grilled chicken flavored with herbs.
