Description
The 110 Oyster comes to life in the Campania vineyards of the Joaquin company in Avellino.
This wine is produced 95% with Greco di Tufo grapes and 5% with Falanghina grapes. Fermentation begins in steel tanks and then continues its evolution in Austrian oak and acacia barrels, where it remains for about 8 months on the lees, undergoing various bâtonnage. Bottle refinement follows.
It has a golden yellow color. The nose sends a fruity aroma with hints of dried fruit, sweet spices and yeasts. It proves very fresh on the palate with a pleasant liveliness. At the end of the mouth it is persistent with elegant notes.
It goes perfectly with elegant dishes based on fish and shellfish, excellent also the combination with shellfish and seafood.
