Description
The Symbiotic of Oppida Aminea , owned by Archipelago Muratori, was born in the vineyards of the Campania estate, located in the hills of the Sannio Beneventano. This wine represents a very interesting experiment that unites various autochthonous vines from Campania, cultivated and vinified in symbiosis with the environment, minimizing the use of synthetic and allergenic products.
Produced with Fiano, Greco and other indigenous grape varieties, the Symbiotic carries out the wine-making phases in the absence of sulfur dioxide and any additives and adjuvants of animal origin or GMO. Afterwards, it rests for about 5 months on steel lees and ages for at least 6 months in the bottle, before being marketed.
The Symbiotic of Oppida Aminea is characterized by a straw yellow color and a typical aroma of the vines that compose it, with notes of white flowers, toasted hazelnut and citrus fruits that predominate over the others. In the mouth it shows good freshness and pleasant minerality, well accompanied by a medium-bodied body.
It goes very well with vegetarian vegetable dishes, light appetizers and first courses with vegetables or sauces that are not very elaborate.
