The Vulcanus Sauvignon Blanc & Verdejo by Encomienda de Cervera is an organic white wine from Campo de Calatrava, a Spanish volcanic area characterized by clay and stony soils. Resulting from the combination of two aromatic grape varieties, this wine reflects the freshness of the terroir and the commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo grapes are grown on volcanic soils and vinified with attention to preserving varietal aromas. The wine ages on its own lees, a technique that enriches its texture and makes it softer and more complex, while maintaining vivacity and brightness.

In the glass, it presents a yellow color with lemon-green reflections. On the nose, tropical notes of ripe pineapple and green apple emerge, accompanied by citrus and floral hints. On the palate, it offers a creamy sensation, supported by good acidity and a harmonious structure.
