Description

Lillovè is a blend of Cannonau and Muristellu produced by the Gabbas winery in the Nuoro area.

Harvested from vineyards located on medium-textured soils, Cannonau grapes are combined with a small percentage of other native grapes to form a balanced and pleasant blend. In order to keep the expression of the fruit intact, the vinification is carried out entirely in steel tanks, as well as the refinement.

To the eye it appears ruby red, very bright. The notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry perceived on the nose introduce the pleasantness of the sip, always complemented by blackberry, carnation and white pepper and punctuated by lively tannins and a fresh-savory intertwining of persistent finesse.

Ideal as an accompaniment to a plate of fresh tagliolini with white lamb ragu.
