Nose of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, with a note of undergrowth, savory mouth, with a nice density and pleasant persistence, with a closing still on undergrowth notes.

When experience meets experimentation, sensational wines are born, with heady aromas and bewitching colors, such as Siddùra's Cannonau Rosé Nudo. A young, fresh wine, the result of years of research and study, Nudo is a 100% Cannonau, which undergoes a white vinification, after the soft pressing of the whole grapes. The must then rests at a low temperature for a few days in stainless steel tanks, before starting fermentation, which lasts about 15 days.

Pale pink in color, the aroma is intense, characterized by notes of exotic fruit, grapefruit and pineapple. Delicate hints of citrus and small red fruits emerge. On the palate the sip is decisive, with a savory and fresh imprint. A balanced, warm and enveloping wine.

It is the ideal wine to be consumed as an aperitif, but it will perfectly enhance fish appetizers, raw fish and sushi, salads and vegetarian fries. Try it with a zucchini omelette.
