The Campari Cask Tales is a refined limited edition created to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Davide Campari's birth. This exclusive bitter represents a reinterpretation of the famous Campari, enriched by a unique aging process that adds new aromatic and taste nuances, while firmly retaining the iconic identity of the brand. Created by the master blender Bruno Malavasi, it is designed to offer an evolved and contemporary sensory experience, while remaining faithful to the distinctive character of the original product.

The base is the classic Campari bitter, made according to the historic recipe based on infusions of aromatic herbs, plants, and fruits. The peculiarity of this version lies in the aging in barrels previously used for Bourbon aging. This process in wood gives the product a softer, rounder, and slightly spicy profile, resulting from careful balance and a long process of aromatic experimentation.

On the nose, notes of vanilla, caramel, and light smoky hints intertwine with the typical herbal and citrus components of Campari. The taste develops on a harmonious balance between the original bitterness and the sweet and woody nuances acquired in the barrel, with an elegant and enveloping persistence that makes the sip full and satisfying.
