Description
The Aetas Nova di Tor de 'Falchi was born in vineyards distributed on the Murgian hills, in the heart of the DOCG Castel del Monte.
It is produced entirely with Nero di Troia grapes, with manual harvesting of the bunches. After a traditional vinification in steel, the wine ages for 20 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for a further period in the bottle before being placed on the market.
It has an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose is expressed in an intense and enveloping bouquet, with hints of ripe black fruit, vanilla and cocoa, with slight hints of roasting. The palate is characterized by an excellent structure and balance, with well integrated tannins.
Perfect with lamb roasts, game, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
