Description
The Cava Brut Reserva Agusti Torello Mata is a Classic Method produced with Macabeo grapes and is produced near Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the production heart of the Penedès region.
With a climate mitigated by the presence of the Mediterranean and perfect ripening conditions of the grapes, the wine ferments in French oak barrels for 6 months in contact with its yeasts, and then continues a refinement of 4 years in the bottle, always in contact with yeasts, at 17°C.
Golden yellow in colour, it has a fine and persistent perlage with a generous foam. Hints of cooked fruit, brioche and toasted notes present a beautiful olfactory harmony to the nose. The sip is creamy and structured, with a long persistence.
It is the perfect sparkling wine with oysters and other shellfish, with smoked meat, as well as with mature cheeses.
