Description

Pegaso Zeta is a red wine produced by Telmo Rodríguez in the municipality of Cebreros, with Garnacha grapes from old bush vines organically grown in the estate vineyards and from selected suppliers. The vineyards are located in areas such as El Robledillo, El Mojón and Presidente, on soils composed of slate and granite.

The winemaking process occurs with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels, from various origins and levels of use, followed by another six months in stainless steel tanks. This method allows for the preservation of freshness and immediacy, enhancing the fruit profile and balance of the wine.

In the glass, it appears delicate and approachable, with a light yet persistent structure. The aromatic profile is marked by lively fruity notes, enriched by a good depth, a gentle tannic texture, and a freshness that invites drinking, maintaining a surprising complexity for the type.

Perfect when paired with rustic cuisine dishes such as roast chicken or grilled vegetables.
