Description
Domaine Fourrey's Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons is born in vineyards located in two separate lots of Châtain and Beugnons, in the heart of the AOC Chablis.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and then the wine ages in wood for about 10 months.
Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It opens to the nose with intense hints of apple, melon and lemon, on a pleasant mineral background. On the palate it is soft and fruity, with a balanced acidity and a long and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany seafood and shellfish, this Chablis is ideal in combination with all fish dishes.
