Champagne AOC Brut Blanc de Blancs Millésime Cuvée Amour de 2007 Deutz

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs of Deutz was born in areas, which for Chardonnay represent terroirs among the noblest of the AOC Champagne, such as Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Orger and Villers-Marmery.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees.

Champagne Blanc de Blancs from Deutz is characterized by an intense and bright straw yellow color, and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet, with hints of yellow apple and pear, plum and yellow peach. In the mouth it is pleasantly acidic and mineral, with an excellent balance that accompanies towards a long and persistent finish.

Ideal to accompany caviar and sushi dishes, this sparkling wine is perfect in combination with Catalan fish and all fish dishes in general.
