Description

The Champagne Brut Cuvée William Deutz from Deutz comes from vineyards located in Aÿ, a renowned Grand Cru in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees.

William Deutz Champagne Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color, and a very fine and lively perlage. The nose opens with evident aromas of yellow fruit and citrus, enriched with hints of toasted bread and brioche. On the palate it is complex and harmonious, with a good acidity expressed against a background of spicy and mineral notes.

Excellent for the aperitif moment, this sparkling wine enhances refined dishes such as foie gras, caviar and lobster. Try it with traditional Asian dishes.
