Champagne AOC Dosage Zéro Selected Diadema

Diadema's Champagne Dosage Zero Selected comes from vineyards located in Buxeuil and Montguex, in the French Champagne region. The crystals integrated in the label are made entirely by the renowned Swarovski company.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the wine ages in French oak barriques, followed by sparkling wine by bottle fermentation, according to the champenoise method, with aging on its lees for at least 48 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of wild strawberry and citrus, due to the use of Pinot Noir grapes, complemented by light aromas of vanilla, white almond and caramel, brought from Chardonnay to close the picture. On the palate it is fresh and complex, with a remarkable persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, this Champagne is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
