Champagne Demi-Sec AOC Nectar Imperiál Moët & Chandon

Demi-sec composed mainly of black berried grapes, namely Pinot Meunier and Pinot Nero, is an absolute rarity.

Made up of about 80% of black berried varieties, it is completed with 10-20% of Chardonnay grapes. To these is added a 20-30% of reserve wines for specially selected to compose the cuvée and give this bubbles greater intensity and aromatic richness. After the second fermentation it ages for at least 36 months on its lees.

Deep yellow in color with golden reflections, it has a beautiful nose of Mirabella plum and tropical fruit, including mango and pineapple, to which a slight hint of vanilla is added. In the mouth it is voluptuous and captivating, pleasantly dense and silky, with a sip of fresh effervescence that conquers the palate.

For its pleasantly sweet taste it goes perfectly with panettone and cream desserts. Excellent also with foie gras and blue cheeses.
