Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs AOC 2007 Delamotte

Delamotte's Blanc de Blancs Champagne comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Côte de Blancs, a region renowned for the production of elegant Chardonnay grapes.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After assembling the cuvèe with a part of Riserva wines, the wine ages for 4-5 years on the lees, before disgorgement.

Delamotte's Blanc de Blancs Champagne is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large bouquet of white flowers, enriched with pleasant citrus and yeast notes. In the mouth it is elegant and refined, with a marked minerality typical of these soils.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany oysters and grilled fish.
