Delamotte’s Blanc de Blancs is crafted with Chardonnay grapes sourced exclusively from the Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant in the Côte des Blancs. This selection of excellent terroirs gives the wine its distinctive elegance, with notes of white flowers, citrus and a refined minerality. A close relative of the legendary Champagne Salon, this Blanc de Blancs best represents the purity and finesse of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, offering a sensory experience of great refinement and complexity.

Description

Delamotte's Champagne Blanc de Blancs is produced with Chardonnay grapes only from vineyards located in the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cremant of the Côte des Blancs

The vinification takes place entirely in steel so as to preserve the characteristics of the terroir. The base wine referments in the bottle, remaining to refine on its own yeasts for at least 36 months before being disgorged and put on sale.

It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers light floral scents to which pleasant citrus notes are added. In the mouth it reveals a bubble of great freshness, elegant and mineral.

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with steamed oysters and shellfish.
