Description

Cuvée Paradis Brut is a Champagne produced with grapes from the Côte des Blancs region and selected for excellent products since 1864.

After the grapes are harvested, the vinification takes place entirely in 228-liter oak barrels. The micro-oxygenation favored by the wood represents the distinctive character together with the conservation of acidity guaranteed by the absence of malolactic fermentation. The stay on the lees is at least 6 years before disgorgement.

Golden yellow in color with grandiose reflections and depth, it presents a fine, very elegant and collected perlage. On the nose there are hints of almond, toasted biscuits, orange peel, mixed with tropical hints such as pineapple and lemon. After the complex nose, the start in the mouth is delicate, with aromas of candied fruits and honey. Offering an excellent balance between body and acidity, it offers a generous and full texture, with a long and salty finish.

It meets in a sublime way shellfish and fish appetizers, very suitable for semi-mature cheeses and salmon canapés.
