Champagne Brut AOC Rosé de Meunieur Laurier
Description
Mary Sessile Rosé de Meunier is a Champagne made from Pinot Meunier grapes from the Montagne de Reims area and precisely from the Vallée de l'Ardres.
With vineyards located near Treslon and resting on layers of clayey-limestone, the base wine for this Champagne rosé is the result of an assembly with 15-18% of red wines obtained from old vines. Once the assembly by the Chef de cave is completed, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle with at least three years of aging on the lees before disgorging.
With a beautiful salmon pink color, this Champagne displays a fine and persistent perlage. The nose exhibits a complex bouquet of white flowers, red fruits and jam, with crunchy hints of toasted almonds and brioche that return to the palate in a full, creamy and enveloping sip.
Ideal to accompany an elegant aperitif based on cold cuts and cheeses, it can also be served with freshly picked blueberries and raspberries.
