Description
GH Mumm Champagne Brut Grand Cordon Rosé is produced according to the traditional method of making Brut Rosé champagne. On the cap it is possible to see the rose designed by the artist Foujita to sanction the authenticity of the cuvée. The cuvée that undergoes the second fermentation is mainly composed of Pinot Noir grapes and Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, coming from 77 cru, with the partial addition of carefully selected red wines.
It is dressed in a pale salmon pink color, with light orange nuances, with a continuous perlage and a lively and fine froth. The nose opens with pleasant sensations of berries and pink grapefruit, which leave room for hints of strawberry, cherry and red currant, evolving towards a delicate scent of caramelized vanilla. In the mouth it is refined and fresh, with elegant hints of wild berries.
Preferred in the company of sweets made with red fruits, it is delicious to be served cold as an aperitif.
