Champagne Brut Grand Cru AOC Egly-Ouriet

Champagne Brut Grand Cru Egly-Ouriet comes from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, and is formulated from about 50% with reserve wines.

After the vinification in wood for 20% there is the natural fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. After the élévage on the lees for about a year, the wine slowly clarifies as it did 50 years ago.

A complex and very elegant champagne, starting from the perlage, very fine and persistent. The golden yellow recalls the aromas of ripe exotic fruit and apricot brioche that are found on the nose, and the palate is delighted by a persistent and elegant taste, with a very pleasant fresh and fragrant note.

A Champagne from a small winemaker encaveur, which by choice is not filtered, ideal for surprising those who know about bubbles.
