Description
This Champagne Brut by Louis Brochet was born in the heart of Ecueil's Premier Cru, a few kilometers from Reims.
It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, grown in the splendid vineyards around the winery. Obtained with the addition of 50% of reserve wine, it is the result of a mixture studied for a long time.
It has a golden straw yellow color, with a fine and elegant perlage. The bouquet contains all the fragrance and freshness typical of the area, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, in particular apple and pear, enriched with notes of honey, vanilla and acacia. In the mouth it is complex and harmonious, with an excellent balance between lightness and fullness. The finish is long, with flavors of mint and anise.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany raw fish.
