Description

The Champagne Brut Premier Cru Carte D'Or by Gaidoz Forget is born in vineyards located in the heart of the famous Champagne Ardenne region, in Ludes, home of the family-run company.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Meunier grapes and with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Champagne ages at controlled temperature in the bottle, allowing the complexity of Chardonnay to be best expressed, giving the wine lightness and delicacy.

The Carte D'Or is characterized by a golden straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate fruity aromas, enriched with elegant citrus notes. On the palate it is soft and velvety.

Perfect to accompany raw fish, risotto with seafood, it is ideal with delicate second courses of fish.
