Champagne AOC Extra Brut Billecart-Salmon

Billecart-Salmon Champagne Extra Brut is the result of an innovative assemblage in which Pinot Meunier prevails over the other varieties that make up the blend, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. No sugars are added with the dosage in order to preserve the varietal characteristics of the starting grapes.

It has an intense and bright pale yellow color. It expresses a complex and seductive bouquet on the nose, with hints of dehydrated fruit enriched with notes of bread crust and white flowers. In the mouth it brings a fascinating flavor of biscuit and white fruit, with a full minerality that leads to a final of remarkable balance.

This Champagne is ideal to serve with refined haute cuisine dishes, such as veal carpaccio and raw fish marinated with citrus fruits.
