Champagne Extra Brut Dizy Premier Cru AOC Corne Bautray 2007 Jacquesson

A Premier Cru where the Chardonnay vineyards are almost sixty years old, positioned in Dizy on just over a hectare of land. Here the vines from which Champagne Extra Brut Corne Bautray is obtained find the ideal conditions for perfect growth.

A 100% Chardonnay that comes to life only from the best bunches, rigorously selected by hand to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin. Vinified and aged in 40 hectoliters barrels, where it carries out malolactic fermentation, then referments in bottle refining on its lees for a period of 8 years.

It presents itself to the eye with a golden yellow color, with a fine and continuous bubble. The nose is crossed by mainly floral hints, where iris and chamomile are recognized, interspersed with notes of toasted almond and white pulp fruit. In the mouth it is abundant and generous, with a finely orchestrated structure around a great aromaticity.

Perfect for the most important dinners, where wine must be the protagonist. Excellent with shellfish and sea fish recipes, prepared both in the oven and raw.
