Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil AOC Salòn Cuvée S 2007 Salon

Salon Cuvée S Champagne is an extremely rare vintage champagne, produced exclusively in the best vintages. A unique Blanc de Blancs that derives from the best Chardonnay grapes from the vineyard owned by "Le Jardin de Salon" and other small parcels of the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger grand cru, the most prestigious terroir of the Côte des Blancs.

Following the refermentation in the bottle, this cuvée stays for 10 years in the Maison's fresh and silent cellar, before revealing its complexity and finesse, its prestige, its class. The low dosage Extra Brut is the additional touch that further enriches the product without distorting it.

In the glass it is straw yellow in color, with a delicate and persistent perlage. The nose evokes floral and citrus notes, sometimes mineral, proposing hints of hazelnuts, pralines and ripe yellow fruits. On the palate it is powerful and full, exuberant and sublime elegance, pervaded by hints of ripe fruit.

Champagne of great occasions, it finds the ideal combination with refined dishes based on oysters or shellfish, in particular crabs and lobsters.
