Description

This alcohol-free white wine from De Stefani is made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Piave Valley, Veneto, on clay-rich soils that are ideal for viticulture. Designed for those seeking a non-alcoholic alternative without sacrificing the pleasure of wine, it suits any occasion.

The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by cooling the must to 0°C and a single fermentation at 15°C. The wine is then slowly heated under vacuum to 30°C, a process that removes the alcohol while preserving the original aromas.

In the glass, it appears straw yellow. The nose reveals intense exotic and citrus scents. On the palate, it is light and fresh, with pleasant flinty mineral notes that enhance its vibrancy and balance.

Perfect paired with shellfish, salmon, fried foods or white meats.
