Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru AOC 2018 Bouchard

The Chevalier-Montrachet of the Maison Bouchard Père & Fils is a Grand Cru made with Chardonnay grapes from the famous area of Puligny-Montrachet.

With an area of just over two hectares and with a south / south-east exposure, healthy grapes are obtained thanks to a manual harvest. After pressing and fermentation, the wine ages at least 12 months in wooden barrels with the use of 15% of new wood.

Intense straw yellow in color, it has hints of white flowers and exotic fruits finished in thickness by a pleasant toasted note. On the palate it is complex and dense with a return of ripe yellow pulp fruits, great creaminess, long persistence and a high aging potential.

Perfect wine to accompany fresh and semi-cured cheeses, white meats accompanied by herb sauces and foie gras.
