Description
The Chianti Classico from Fattoria Le Gallozzole is a wine born in the heart of Tuscany.
Produced with pure Sangiovese, the grapes undergo a soft pressing with a maceration of 10 - 15 days. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, to best preserve the characteristic aromas of the grape. The grapes come from vineyards with excellent climatic exposure. In July a thinning of the bunches, the so-called green harvest, is carried out to obtain a wine of great structure, color, body and aroma from the vinification.
This wine has an intense ruby red color, with purple reflections tending to garnet in the aging period. The aromas are fruity, typical of Sangiovese, and the taste is full, savory, well structured and soft. Overall, we can call it a very balanced wine.
Perfect in combination with first courses based on meat sauce, it is ideal with red meats, game, stews and braised meats.
