Description

The Chianti of Tenuta Il Corno is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Val di Pesa.

It is produced 80% from Sangiovese grapes, 15% from Canaiolo grapes and 5% from Colorino grapes, all harvested and selected by hand during the second half of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 23 ° - 30 ° C, then the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about 15 - 16 days.

This Chianti is characterized by an intense and lively red color. The nose is fresh, pleasantly persistent and gives a large flowery and spicy bouquet. On the palate it is soft and simple, like a traditional Chianti.

It is a perfect wine for every meal: ideal in combination with seasoned cheese appetizers and cold cuts, it is excellent to accompany white meat second courses.
