Description
The Chianti Superiore Le Due Arbie is made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes from the Dievole vineyards located in Castelnuovo Berardenga.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in raw cement vats for 2 weeks. The wine ages for 12 months in unroasted French oak barrels and in the bottle for another 3 months.
Wine with an intense ruby color, it reveals intense on the nose bringing aromas of ripe red fruit among which cherry stands out, and violet violet, which mix with pleasant herbaceous and spicy notes. In the mouth the aromatic configuration perceived by the nose is maintained, integrated with a docile tannin and an extraordinary freshness.
Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce and stewed meats, it goes well with cold cuts and cold cuts of the Tuscan tradition.
