Description

Diversamente Cirò Bianco by Tenuta del Conte is a white wine made entirely from Greco Bianco grapes sourced from the Ponta vineyard, in the Cirò area. The vines grow at around 100 meters above sea level on clay-loam soils composed of white clay and sand, conditions that foster freshness, salinity and a pronounced Mediterranean character.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts and malolactic fermentation completes naturally. The wine is made using only the free-run juice after a maceration of about forty-eight hours, with no addition of chemical or synthetic products; it then ages for a long time in stainless steel and completes its refinement in bottle.

In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet expresses notes of citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs and mineral hints, while on the palate it is dry, fresh and saline, with good structure and a persistent finish.

It pairs with raw seafood, seafood pasta dishes, shellfish, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
