Description
Taylors Wakefield Cabernet Sauvignon Jaraman comes from the particularly suited soils of the Clare Valley in South Australia.
With the presence of sea breezes and a warm climate tempered by low night temperatures, the grapes ferment to then mature in American oak barrels for at least 12 months before bottling.
The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, accompanied by notes of black currant, tomato leaf, sweet spices and a touch of eucalyptus. On the palate it is complex with returns of notes of tobacco and vegetable aromas of thyme, fine tannins and great balance before a filling and long finish.
Try it with meats cooked on the barbecue and served with spicy sauces.
