Description
The Colli della Toscana Centrale Junior of Tenuta Il Corno is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Val di Pesa, in the cellar built in the XII century by an ancient Florentine family, of Pistoia origin, the Del Corno.
It is produced exclusively with Colorino grapes, harvested during the middle of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28-30 degrees. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with a large and fruity bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of pepper, blackberry and cocoa. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly lively, with an elegant and persistent tannic body.
Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts.
