Description

The Malvasia Colli di Scandiano and Canossa Graniers by Venturini Baldini comes from vineyards cultivated following the dictates of the biological regime, located in Roncolo di Quattro Castella, in the province of Reggio Emilia.

It is obtained exclusively from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes, harvested at the end of August. After the white vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place in steel pressurized tanks according to the Short Charmat Method, for 20–40 days.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Pleasantly aromatic on the nose, it is expressed through notes of jasmine and sage. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, quite dry.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with dishes based on eggs, fish and aged cheeses.
