Description

A wine made from 100% Maceratino grapes, an autochthonous variety also known by the name of "Ribona", which is grown mainly in the provinces of Ancona and Macerata, where the benevolent climate has always favored a perfect ripening of the grapes, the grapes are harvested and carefully selected by hand. It only vinifies in steel tanks and ages for 12 months in the bottle.

The wine has an intense straw yellow color, and gives the nose a strong olfactory imprint with textures of anise, citrus peel, peach and yellow flowers, which is enhanced by a precious mineral note. On the palate it is important, balanced and with a pleasantly long and fresh finish.

A wine with great longevity, it will be perfect together with elaborate and delicious fish and meat dishes, excellent with aged cheeses.
