Description
The Timorasso Broglia Derthona from Cà di Mezzo is a white wine made entirely from Timorasso grapes sourced from vineyards situated in the Tortona area. These vineyards, predominantly south-facing and located at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters, have roots in calcareous soils that contribute to defining the wine's mineral identity, enriching it with structure and longevity.
The winemaking process is entirely white, with controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 18 months in the same containers, a process that preserves its freshness and slowly develops complexity and balance, enhancing the best varietal characteristics of Timorasso.
In appearance, it presents an intense straw-yellow color. The nose is fine and very persistent, with well-defined fruity scents. On the palate, it offers a soft and balanced sip, supported by a good structure and typical minerality, with a flavor profile that enhances its natural elegance.
It pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses.
