Description
Fattoria Sardi's Vermentino Sotto Villa was born in the Lucca countryside, where the family-run company manages 18 hectares of vineyards.
The Vermentino grapes are harvested manually and pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with pied de cuve in concrete and steel tanks. The wine then ages for 4 months on the fine lees.
Pale straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of green apple and aromatic herbs on the nose. The sip is fresh and fine, with good persistence.
It goes well with fish first courses, baked fish and shellfish.
