Description
The Goccia di Mela dell'Acetaia di Canossa is made from white grape must, wine vinegar and Fuji apple juice. This dressing is subjected to a period of aging in oak barrels.
It appears light amber in color. The nose evokes characteristic hints of apple. On the palate it is particularly sweet and dense, with a good structure.
Ideal for preparing salads, fish and white meats, it is excellent with cheeses and boiled vegetables.
