Description
The Goccia Nera dell'Acetaia di Canossa originates from a traditional Reggio recipe that involves the exclusive use of cooked must from Italian grapes and slowly matures in oak for at least 8 years.
It appears to be dark brown in color. The nose brings persuasive notes of plum and ripe grapes. In the mouth it is soft, dense and balanced, with a pleasantly sweet and sour taste.
Excellent on salads and dips, grilled meats and aged cheeses, it is used with fruit, creams and ice creams.
