Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cavalier Brut Millesimato 2014 Zardetto

Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato Cavalier was born in the vineyards of the Zardetto company, located within the famous DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The name recalls the Venetian term cavalier which indicates the silkworm, which weaves its cocoons incessantly on the mulberries, the leaders of almost all the vineyards in the area.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in the first half of September. Winemaking follows the Charmat or Martinotti method as tradition. This product is certified as an organic sparkling wine.

Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato Cavalier has a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose comes delicate, with notes of berries, Renetta apple and pear, which are accompanied by intense citrus sensations. In the mouth it expresses itself ample and fruity, with a good final effervescence, in which flavors of green apple are released.

Perfect for light sea and land appetizers, it goes perfectly with the aperitif moment. Also try with risotto with vegetables and spelled.
