This elegant box contains two versions of the 61 line, Satèn and Brut. Franciacorta Satèn is born from highly suited grapes of the Franciacorta territory. Its harvest period is between the first ten days of August and the first ten days of September. After a light pressing of the bunches with fractionation of the musts, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats. The cuvée is prepared in the spring following the harvest, while there is a second fermentation in the bottle and a subsequent aging on its lees for at least 24 months, followed by another 2 months after disgorgement. Its intense straw yellow color shines in the glass, while it opens to the nose with its bouquet of ripe tropical fruit. It wraps the palate with its fresh and elegant flavor, with a persistent finish. It is the ideal wine to taste as an aperitif and to accompany delicate risotto and fish main courses.
