Description
The Cori Rosso Raverosse was born in the vineyards of the beautiful Lazio reality Cincinnato, located near the homonymous village.
Obtained from a skilful blend of red berried grapes, such as Nero Buono di Cori, Montepulciano and Cesanese, harvested between the last week of September and the first of October, the must ferments with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 25-26 ° C for about 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for about 4 months in barriques and ages for 6 months in bottle before being released on the market.
Ruby red in color, the Cincinnato Raverosse brings very intense vinous and fruity sensations to the nose. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied and with excellent overall harmony.
To be drunk from 2 to 4 years after the harvest, it is exalted with soups and meat dishes.
