Description

Rosso delle Ripalte was born in the Fatteria delle Ripalte, on the coast of the island of Elba.

It is mainly produced with Alicante grapes and with Carignano grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. The main grape, Alicante, also known as Cannonau, Granache or Garnacha, common to the entire Mediterranean basin, adapts perfectly to the arid and dry climate of the island.

Rosso delle Ripalte has a lively ruby red color. The nose shows a good complexity, with hints of raspberries, currants and cherries that go perfectly with strong spicy notes. In the mouth it is of good freshness and structure, with the return of fruity hints. At the end of the mouth it reveals unexpected elegance.

Perfect with meat sauce and fish first courses, it goes perfectly with seafood.
