Costa Toscana IGT Eliseo Pinot Bianco 2016 Gualdo del Re

Eliseo Bianco is a purity of Pinot Blanc grown and vinified in Tuscany, in the province of Livorno, by the Gualdo del Re winery.

The vineyards are located near the town of Suvereto and are conducted according to an organic farming method. Sand, clay and stone make up the profile of the soil on which the Pinot Blanc vines are destined to give life to this wine. Ferment and refinement in steel tanks for 5 months, to then conclude the maturation process through a 2-month rest in the bottle.

Straw yellow, at sight. Its aroma is fine and fruity in the flavors of white peach, lemon and cedar peel. In the mouth, the fresh-savory texture marks the elegant and incisive sip, persistent in the citrus trail.
