Description

Château Galoupet Cru Classé Rosé represents the excellence of Crystal Provence, signed by an ambitious sustainable project in the heart of the Côte d'Azur and part of the Moët Hennessy portfolio. This Rosé is born from 39 plots vinified separately, where Grenache, Syrah, Vermentino, Tibouren, Cinsault, and Sémillon grapes are cultivated using organic methods.

30% of the final blend was vinified and aged in barrels for 4-5 months, half new and half one year old, to enrich the wine's structure and complexity. Every step of the winemaking process is meticulously attended to, respecting the terroir's identity and the uniqueness of each parcel.

In the glass, it presents an elegant pale pink color. The nose reveals a rich and inviting aromatic complexity, intertwining floral notes with hints of ripe peach, bitter almond, and citrus nuances. On the palate, it is broad and enveloping, characterized by good density and roundness, with a long, saline finish that reflects the typical minerality of Provençal soil.

It is ideal paired with herb-crusted lamb chops, but also perfectly matches Mediterranean cuisine and delicately spiced dishes.
