Côtes de Provence AOC Bravade 2020 Torpez

Bravade is a Côtes de Provence Rosé produced by the Torpez company and obtained from a blend of Grenache, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Rolle.

The vines grow on predominantly clayey-sandy soils and are favored by a temperate climate. After manual harvesting, the grapes are kept at a low temperature to face the pressing followed by five weeks of maceration. The fermentation lasts four weeks with a subsequent refinement on the fine lees to give volume and complexity.

Pale pink in color, it has aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, with references to spices, almond and eucalyptus. On the palate it is decisive, full-bodied and with a salty touch on the finish, for a satisfying and ample drink.

Perfect to accompany fish first courses or to introduce the meal with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
